Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer - NORTEL SEMICONDUCTORS, Ottawa, Ontario. 
  • Design and modeling of a programmable impedance generator, using Matlab and Maple;
  • Performed noise analysis on the analog front end of a CODEC chip, using HSPICE/ELDO packages;
  • Redesign the impedance generation block of the Analog Front End for best noise performance;
  • Redesign and simulation (schematic level and post-layout) of a multiple feedback loop Analog Front End, used in a CODEC chip;
  • Performed harmonic distortion and noise analysis on the Analog Front End circuit;
  • Design, simulation and layout of an analog Echo Canceller, using Matlab, SCAFS/Watscad and Cadence;
  • Design, simulation and layout of a switched-capacitor Modulator filter;
